St. Trifon
Wood, egg tempera, 20 x 30. Oslo. 2000. St.Trifon of Pecheng was born in the environs on Novgorod at the end of XV century. He was a founder of Pecheng monastery in honour of tne Saint Trinity. He converted northern Norwegians to Christianity.
